Speed Lacrosse is a fast-paced, coed, non-contact version of the game designed for our youngest players. No pads or helmets are required — just a stick, a ball, and a lot of fun! Players compete in small groups, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and active play. This format is perfect for building hand-eye coordination, agility, athleticism through exercise, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
To keep games fun and fair, players are grouped by age and experience level, ensuring everyone gets a chance to succeed and improve.
Whether your child is brand new to lacrosse or looking to sharpen their skills, Speed Lacrosse is a great way to learn the game while having a blast with friends.
No stick? No problem! We have plenty available to loan out for games so everyone can join in.

Our 7 v 7 format is designed to maximize touches, boost skill development, and keep players engaged from start to finish. With smaller teams and a faster pace, players get more opportunities to handle the ball, take shots, and be involved in every play. This game format encourages creativity, quick decision-making, and teamwork while still teaching the fundamentals of full-field lacrosse.
Teams are divided into 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, and 7th/8th grade divisions, ensuring players compete with others at a similar age and skill level.
Players will work on stick skills, passing, catching, shooting, dodging, defense, and game IQ in a competitive but supportive environment. It’s the perfect bridge between introductory lacrosse and full-field play — fast, exciting, and packed with action.
Whether your player is new to the sport or building toward higher-level competition, 7v7 lacrosse is a fun and challenging way to grow their game.
Our 10v10 spring lacrosse format brings players into the complete, traditional version of the game — full-field play, full positional structure, and full-team strategy. This level introduces athletes to the true flow of competitive lacrosse, where teamwork, communication, and field awareness become just as important as individual skill.
With all positions on the field — attack, midfield, defense, and goalie — players gain experience in game situations that mirror high school competition. The larger field and expanded team structure help them develop essential concepts such as transition, spacing, riding and clearing, defensive rotations, and offensive movement.
Teams are divided into 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, and 7th/8th grade divisions, ensuring players compete with others at an appropriate age and skill level while still being challenged to grow.
Players will focus on advanced fundamentals and positional skills, including passing and catching under pressure, shooting on the run, defensive footwork, off-ball movement, communication, and game IQ. The 10v10 format builds on everything learned in small-sided play and gives athletes the opportunity to translate those skills into real, full-field game scenarios.
Whether your player is stepping into full-field lacrosse for the first time or sharpening their game for higher levels of competition, 10v10 spring lacrosse provides a competitive, structured, and exciting environment to elevate their play.
